It's cool and could possibly be the sort of thing that winds up more interesting/valuable to non-max gold collectors than to DoASC demon hunters. I don't think the 15/7 Tactics will be any more appealing to DoASC use than any other tactics req. shield (and actually, if a DoASC buyer finds a Tactics req. appealing, they're probably in a situation where they can use cons to boost levels and would prefer a max armor r8-13 Tactics shield over this one.)

+hp in stance, as far as I know, is not nearly so desired as -2wE or +hp wE for 10v Demon shields, so be careful about trying to use prices for any such wE shields to guess the value of yours here.

I was recently trying to help PC an r9 Str Ornate Shield with 10v Demons and +42stance on this thread. Some responders seem to think my guesses for reserve on that one were way too low. The similarity of that shield's mods to yours here might make that thread worth reading.

I'm still sticking with my guess at reserve (the level below which I would not promise up front to sell it to a single interested buyer) of around 20-30k for both that shield and yours here. The min req for max armor and non-max gold item nature of yours here leaves me wary of trying to guess a buyout target for you after having seen some recently active players with such collections.
